My husband decided he wants to try Lineage II. When he goes to pay gor it, after he enters all the payment info anf he clicks the submit button, he gets a "this order does not pass the risk management assessment" Anybody knows what that means?

How good is his credit? Has he ever had any credit or identification theft snafus?
