When I hit the ~ key to bring down the console window in order to enter a cheat code, no window appears. Is there any thing else I need to do in order to bring this console window down? Thanks....

Maybe you accidentally mapped the console to a key besides ~. Maybe you should double check that.

Yes, I thought about this and I checked to see what keys I had mapped to a particular action and I didn't see the ~ key. I think I'll try and assign keys to the actions that are presently unassigned a key and see if that make a difference.

Yeah, I pretty much played the game without cheating but, I'm stuck in this chemical substance, my health is down to 2 and when I try to get out of it, I end up dying before I can jump to safety. Don't know what I was thinking about when I saved in that particular area, maybe I was smoking something, huh? haha
