.... Flash your mobo bios from inside windows? I don't need to flash it now, but i might need to in the future. The reason i ask is becasue my floppy drive is broken, and i don't plan to replace it unless i need it for something (I havn't used it for a long ass time). So, is there any way to do it from within windows?

Some motherboards (like newer MSI's) have a utility that flashes from windows (it reboots and acts like it's flashing from a floppy drive) check the mobos website to see if they have such a program

My GBV mobo has downloadable bios flashes that are like installers run from within windows.. the 3 min or so wait is done automatically by the comp after flashing etc.. pretty cool if u ask me!
