Comic book shop guy! He represents every comic book store owner ever. Every comic book store owner I've ever met is pretty much like him.

You know, I can't help but wonder how much Conan O'Brian is in that character. He wrote for the first two seasons ya know, and he is quite the Star Trek (original series) geek.
