Nonononono. see, some guy put an air filter on his cpu, thinking it would somehow cool it! It looks like one of those old thermaltake heatsinks so it's a bit triky...see?

I got that part, I was just wondering how an air filter would be useful... And I was wondering why someone would use a massive air filter in their computer.

Ah, well you see this particular individual was not as mentally gifted as you and me, and I would guess is particularly illogical.
