I don't think that 2lions intended to stay at Actiontrip forever, and as I remember, he had sold the site to Crave.

Speaking as a former writer for the site myself, as much as I enjoyed my work here at Actiontrip, it was nice to get a badly needed change of scenery and creative output. I wouldn't be surprised if 2lions needed something similar. Everyone does.
