I've found out what I did wrong so now it works.
It is not a pirated game. I have bought it in a shop and the box was an official one from Ubisoft.

Keep me updated. I'm not a lawyer yet, but I would advise you to stop explicitly mentioning the game in writing. They are not required to Mirandize you or serve a warrant in order to use this evidence in court.
