be able to help me I've trying tofind out for years see I 27months in vietnam I lost my left arm do to complications from knife wound Isustained in combat

Hold down Alt + F4 to open the console.
Type in "!God" without the quotes and hit Enter for God mode.
Repeat this with "!Ammo" for unlimited ammo.

Says here you need to hit the ~ key. This is usually to the left of 1 and above Tab on your keyboard.

Afterwards a console will appear where you can type in a cheat. This may or may not be visible in the game. In the console, enter one of the commands below and hit enter. Don't input the text after the hyphen as that's a description of the cheat and not a part of it.
