If it's a reader, SABnzbd. If it's a site, Newzbin.
If registrations are still closed PM me with your email for an invite. They've had some legal trouble recently so they've made the site free for now (you normally have to pay to download .nzbs), but it's dirt cheap for access (something like 3 Englandland pounds a month if you pay for 6 months).

Also, I would like to state the services mentioned here are only used to share the latest Ubuntu distributions and 80 year old silent films which are in the public domain!
