I used to have to have ME, and after awhile of opening up new internet explorer window or My Computer window, the file task bar (the one with File, Edit, View...) would dissapear, and right clicking for the menu (copy, paste, cut...) wouldnt work. When I restarted, all was good.
I updated to XP, still occurs a lot, anyone know how I can fix this sumbitch'?

Rule Number 1: Never update Windows, always do a full install of a clean version.
Most likely you've got some old Windows ME shit code still hanging around, causing problems.
You can get full WXP Pro or Home at Newegg.com for $143.00 and $93.00 respectively.

I wonder if your computer runs out of memory in this case... For what I know, that's what a computer does to you when you don'y have too much ram on your mobo...
Rundll32 and Explorer.exe controls most of the shit when you use your OS, and rundll32 controls all the menu interface shit, includes your right-click menu. When you run out of memory by opening too many windows of your IE (another piece of shit that takes away your system resource for no apparent reasons), rundll32 just doesn't work, which is why restarting the machine couls solve the problem.
If you have plenty of rams... well... yeah go get a full version of XP. Or another way to do it, format your drive and install your happy ME, but don't touch anything in there! No! Go directly to update by putting XP Cd into the drive! This way should give you a "clean" XP as much as possible. I updated my 98, an even worse piece of junk, and my XP doesn't have too much problem.
