Gta3 Problems!

I've been playing GTA3, and I put the 'Ultimate Stunt Park' mod into the game last night. Now every time I try and get out the rocket launcher, the game freezes and when I do 'ALT+TAB' to the desktop, there's a little Unhandled Exception Error window, and inside the window it says:

Unhandled Exception: c0000005
Address: 004cf912

If any one has any solutions please help!!
