Hahaha, this is funny! Here are some thought sof the day:

(1) How mush hard drive space does UT2003 take up, and how mush does it cost?

(2) How mush hard drive space does ADOBE PHOTOSHOP take up, and how mush does that cost?

Emmmm........................

UT2003, a PC game with not really too mush replay value (*cough*)... because of that shitty sniper rifle, cost $49.99 when it was out, and it needs 3GB of space.

Adobe Photoshop, a powerful application used by many major graphic design companies or individuals alike, cost $299, and take less than 1 GB.

So.....

The cheaper a program, the more space it's gonna cost? Nah.

Maybe they are selling the license since you can use it and sell your work...

Wow, What if game developers start to charge modders?

Adobe Photoshop must be intended for business users because it is way overpriced for consumers.

Yep. That is why some scanners, digi cameras or printers include photo editting programs for simplay photo editting. Real stuff like Photoshop is too expensive for normal people... they do have acedamic version for them, though, so the student like me who's in Communication Design could afford such thing... and my work cannot be sold because it is not a commercial version.
