I'm looking to buy a new speaker system for my PC, but i'm not too sure what to get. Looking for suggestions,so if anybody has speakers that cost less than $100 tell me :D something that will shake my desk would be nice!

What kind of budget do we have for this operation?
(I hear that everyday at work...)
BTW, ReDeeMeR and I are thinking alike:
Logitech

he said 100$. and configuration is important (4.1? 2.1?). if u just want the best u can get is the altec 621's for that price. 2.1 config, extremely good quality (better than that of the low end logitech's) and nice power behind those drivers (200w?). if u absolutely must have 4.1 or 5.1, the 340 or 540 respectively are good choices.

Well, if you're referring to the Logitech Z-340 and Z-540, then Hobbes is gonna get shortchanged 'cause the Z-340 is 2+1, and the Z-540 is 4+1. ;)
The sub-$100 Logitech 5+1 set is the Z-640.
But, Hobbes, spend a little more... Get the Z-560's. When those grenades go off in CS, you'll have blood streamin' out of your nose and ears. What's more fun than that?

I'd say go with altec lansing, I got my 4.1 set up for 52 dollars and the subwoofer is enought to rattle you without pissing off the neighborhood..

Second to Klipsch or Creative, I would recommend Altec Lansing for the lower price brackets. Some of those Altecs sound really rich and nice for the price.

I've had success with the Altec ACS33's... They aren't the best speakers ever made, but they're cheap--you can find them for $30 in some stores, and they sound really nice for the price. Of course, that's about seventy dollars less than you want to spend, so...
Here's a link, if you want to look at them. Nothing really pretty about them, though.
