There's two or three mods for BF1942 that look interesting... Don't know if they'll rival DC, but who knows?

I can't remember any of their names, so sorry. I'll try to look them up later.

There's a Vietnam-era one that looks, from the little I've seen, pretty classy. And then there's a World War I mod that could be interesting, though I can't really see myself enjoying trench combat. Especially once everyone takes the biplanes and such.

And in the pure weird category, there's a GI Joe mod coming out that seems odd. I've seen a video of it and it seems well done, but who knows?

I haven't even gotten DC reinstalled yet, so it'll be a while before I try any of these.
