agreed!......im sure they'll pull it off. ive been waiting for this game for ages. i just hope they dont rush it and take their time....and that it doesnt end up as boring as Unreal2!

:( I really really hope there still working on it... I miss the style of Duke3d when that came out...god that was the first network game I ever played, and damn was it awesome. Hopefully it really is just extra development, and theyre gonna produce a great game for all of us..

I heard 3drealms is working with id. on Doom 3. That would be pretty damn kickass combination of game developers!!!

Wrong! I saw in an interview somewhere that DNF's development is moving along, and that even if take 2 decided to not publish it, 3D Realms is paying for most of the development themselvs. So all they would do is find another publisher. I understand why they are not release screens or videos (They made that mistake already), but why they don't at least release info about development progress just using text is beyond me. All these fans waiting and they don't give us any info about anything, not even if they switched engines again, or if they had a 2 month long orgy in a cabin in the mountans...Err... Scratch that lat part...O_o

Hehe. I remember awhile back on Apirl Fools where 3D Realms told i forgot who that DNF doesn't even exist and they had spent all their time watching porno and surfing message boards.

I'm just hoping that all the extra development time will pay off. I've been waiting for this game since I saw it in PC-Gamer back in 1999. It would be a shame if it turned out to be crap.
