Help with Pirates Of The Caribbean

I was wondering if anyone knows how you can get the black sails and the pirate flag on your ship. I have became hostile with all the nations and I dont know how to get the black sails and the jolly roger.

Um, if it's anything like Sea Dogs 1, then attack a friendly. If everyone's already hostile, dunno. And, that's SD1, so I don't know about SD2.
