Well? Do you go to a gym? Do you bike or run or swim or anything else, and how much?
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week depending on my mood and work out 1-1.5 hours at a time. I also swim 2-3 times a week after the gym session.

i bike a mile back and forth to school (6 to 10 minutes a day)
i do sit ups at home every night
i do bicep curls every once in a while

i go gym only when i feel like it. i do 100pushup every morning. 100 situps and jumping jets at night. sometimes frog jump. i used to go running. but i injured my leg at a taekwondo match and i'm now healing. man i love to swim. since i cant run or kick the only thing mild enough for my leg is swimming. and the babes, oh the babes...

I bench for a half hour every other day, I also run two miles on my non weight days.

Oh YES I work out... I get out of bed every fucking morning... except Saturdays and Sundays.

My body is a bit... unbalanced...
My right hand is stronger than my left arm so it's odd when I lift weights... I wonder what caused it?... *coughs*

My main excercise is competitive swimming. That where you swim really fast for about 2 hours a day 6 days a week. Its a really hard sport, but only the toughest can handle swimming. I also run bike and do crunches and other excersises to get more rippped. Swimming is the hardest sport ever. And lots of hot girls that swim lol
