TR A of D What now????

Please someone put me out of my misery what the blooming heck do I do now I'm in the Strahov Fortress, just going up to a scary bit but haven't got any health left (not good at stealth mode yet when dealing with baddies) I'm trying desperatly hard not to enter any cheats but does anyone know of a stash of goodies anywhere in this level

Yes I do mean the new TR ......I wish someone would put me out of my misery 3 hours sleep isn't enough at my age. however I'm thinking of writting a book 1001 ways to kill Lara

simple, Put the controller down and get some sleep.
Wouldnt that help, well that or more training in the game, that is if it has a trainig level

oh and say multiple levels so if you stuff it up down the line you can go back and fix it.
