I'm looking for a cheap new processor that is in the 1-2 GHz range, preferably cheaper than 200€ (which is a bit more than 200$). I currently have a Pentium 3 866...

Oh and where can I go to check the price of what you suggested?

in US bucks u can go to newegg.com.. dunno much abt sites accepting euros and such..
in any case u will need a new mobo+cpu+ram+case.. so i think u might just have to increase ur budget there a bit!
