Anyone try it ? Im getting a copy today and im trading in Metal Gear Solid 2, Splinter Cell, and Morrowind for it. Still keeping Halo and Deathrow though.

I'm planning to sell all my consoles (need money now that I'm a student again), so I'll have to wait till winter to get the PC version. It looks pretty good though, minus a few graphical glitches in the Xbox version. I hear it's basically Morrowind in the Star Wars universe but with a better combat system. Sounds good to me. Post your impressions when you get a chance...

Just rented it, and i must say, IT KICKS ASS. Really good game, well worth anybodies money.
I've been playing it for the last 8 hours non-stop. Its a really good game, its met all my expectations so far. The graphics are great, pretty big enviroments, cool glowing effects (sun, lights, etc.), detailed character models, and nice water. The effect of the gras parting as you walk through it is really cool, too. Its challenging but not really hard (well, so far), and its not too confusing either, i havn't gotten lost once.
Well, i'm off to play the game some more.

well its a lil confusing, i was walking around the High Lvl on Taris (Sp?) for like 2 hours till i found out what i had to do. Now im lost again in the Low Low City part =P. I want a lightsabre SWING !

lol, the city was easy for me. I'm already on Dantoonie (sp?), i just finished my jedi training and I am now a padawn (sp?). Light sabers kick ass.
P.S. Have fun with the rancor beast.. Haha...

You get it a little past the begining of the game, after you complete your jedi training. I had a red double-bladed lightsaber, it kicked so much ass. I say i had one because I just beat the game, it took me 36 hours total. Now i'm going to play through on the dark side, killing everybody i come across (muhahahahahaha!...O_o).

Just beat the game on the dark side. IMO the dark side ending is much better then the light side ending. Great game overall, one of the best games i've played in a while. I wonder what the downloadable Xbox Live content will be like. Doesn't really matter for me though, i don't have Xbox Live, but i'd still like to know.

what i want to know is, when does this game come out for PC? I refuse to play a Bioware game that I won't be able to download user created modules for.

Did bioware even say this game would have user created "modules"? I know the Xbox version has downloadable Xbox Live content.

They haven't but come on now my friend, that's like if Half Life 2 wasn't Mod-friendly.
Well even without the modules, the text is a bit hard to read so still, i'll be waiting for the PC version. Besides, with the NWN expansion, JK3, Frozen Throne, MS flight simulator, and others I have more than enough games to play right now.
