How many people have been disconnected or been threated to be disconnected from the internet by their ISPs for dling warez/movies/games?

Not me, but this ISP is my new one, they haven't said anything yet.

I have I have been using Charter Communications for about 3 and a half years. They listed off a bunch of games and some movies I had supposedly d/l . Yet I had not d/l anyone of those they listed? My friend also uses Chater and his letter said he host a site to d/l movies and games that are gotten off kazaa and such not true at all? i think they are just scarring us .
Another friend has about half million dollars in illeagal software and has stoped d/l it because the FBI had arrested acouple of his friends and now they are doing time. So I have no Idea if they are actually tracking what I do on my pc if they can do it?

Not me....of course I haven't d/l a lot of stuff, my ISP (Comcast) loves me :D

pffrt....in here no ISP gives a damn about what you share or dl. as long as you don't do stuff that is harmful to the other users like dling 24/7 and clogging the network. Almost every ISP has a fair use policy concerning bandwith but none of them cares what you share. Give me a hurray for the Netherlands once more.....come on give it to me! Yaaay!:D

Yaaay!:D Austria's about the same. It's so funny, it's government is pretty liberal but the people are all conservative... There's all these socialist things in Vienna (public transport, parks, baths (ie pools), etc) which make it great to live in

The ISPs around me will disconnect you with one warning first I believe.
