I am unable to open the door in the basement underneath the Hall of Seasons. I have gotten all 4 crystals but the basement door leading to the Furnace won't open. The crystals in the Items list are NOT all together. The Water crystal in seperated from the other 3 crystals..does that make a difference? Please help...
