too many unused accounts

i have noticed that there are a shitload of unused accounts (people with no posts). aren't they just wasting space? if i was an admin/mod i would send an email to each one of those accounts and remind them of their registration, if they dont reply or dont visit the site they should be executed or hung.

what do you mean registered for actiotrip....??? i thought this was the only way to register...or do u mean Plus?

do you ever read the main page? or just go to the forums? With each article/news bit/BOTD there is a coments section under all of them. People regesterd to coment there..when the forums was opened up all of their accounts were transferd to the forum(I think that sounds halfway right..)
