how can i backup my emails and such.. because i dunno how to do it and everytime i have to format.. all the shit hits the fan.. and i am screwed.. i cant trust hdds.. i wanna burn my mails on a cd rom.. how can i backup all of them..

just goto documents and settings, click tools, click folder options, select the view tab, click on show hidden files and folders, go into your username directory, select all, copy, paste where you want to back it up, reinstall windows and copy it back in, should work for everything, my documents, all app settings and shit. If you want just outlook settings you can copy out the application data directory, should do the trick.
