C&C was always a decent strategy series. C&C 1 revolutionized and Red Alert was great. The closest Blizzard and Westwood(r.i.p) ever got to each other in a competitive sense was when Red Alert 2 was released. I'm talking uot of my ass now.

Well there isnt much of a series but by far Starcraft is one of the best RTS out there if there is a sequel it would probably do better then warcraft 3.

Even if dune was never released I reckon Blizzard woulda done a RTS first. Now wouldn't that have been interesting?

I bought Red Alert 2 and its Expansion a while ago, but never be able to finish the game. I couldn't think of any reason why I felf bad while playing, but something just isn't right about it...

Warcraft 3 was the best one of 2002 and C&C generals is in this year and still holding on well , but i liked the hero stuff ,incresing levels and diff powers in warcraft 3, not what was in Age of mythology and warcraft 3 map editor is well handy tool make ur own maps and play

quite honestly, i hated the warcraft series (still do) and loved starcraft. i hated every C&C except RA2 and Generals. Starcraft's greatness counts as 10 games.....so i'm votin for blizzard.

Starcraft, still playing it to this day.. also Emperor: Battle for Dune, I have to say none of these new rts game like Generals and such amaze me.. most people haven't played Emperor but if you did and you realise that if it looked that good so long ago then these new titles aren't that amazing in the eye candy department.

Empre Earth!? That piece of shit! One of the biggest disappointment of that year! I was all excited untill I see the game in action... fuck that shit! That game is wack!

StarCraft rocks, but if we're gonna talk SERIES it has to be C&C for me. But to be fair, I'd have to say that Tiberian Sun was the most tedious, joyless RTS I think I've ever played. A lot of the cutscenes are screwy and out of context; the whole thing had a real beta-test feel to it.
