If you want to know if its possible; then yes you can do that.
If you want to know how to do it; search for dual boot in a search engine.

I have 4015, never used it yet. Can't risk it, to many games.
I done dual boot before XP and 98 didnt like it, I'll stick with 1 os.

I just didnt like it. I wasnt using 98 for anything, so it was pointless. I did dual boot, just because I could, and had never tried it before.

just install the second OS and while doing so it will ask you on which partition, if you chose to create a new one for it, instead of overwriting the first one, you will automatically get dual boot...im pretty sure about that anyway

If the computers not reconising XP, I would recomend getting a boot manager.
As far as the keyboard goes if its in dos it wont work
Dos doesnt reconise wireless

If BIOS supports it, it should be ok. Allthough trying with a non-wireless could also help offcourse!

eh what? Any kind of program can only run AFTER BIOS has. BIOS it the FIRST thing that happens when you turn on your pc. Anything else comes AFTER that.

Don't bother with Longhorn - It is still two years from release... you're not getting ANYTHING like what it will be in 2 years. They'll prolly scrap it and just copy a few features from linux including the features the MAC OS has ripped from linux...
Trust me on it. Don't bother with an OS in the equivliant to Pre-Alpha.

Yeah, longhorn looks a lot like XP still, long way from finished. If you want to get your keyboard to work while on USB, there should be an option in the bios for legacy keyboard support. Under this option there should be 2 choices, BIOS or OS, choose BIOS and it should work in DOS.
I remember I had the ABIT KT7a raid, piece of shit, and if you cleared CMOS with the jumper it would default to disable USB and you couldn't get back into the bios again with a usb keyboard. Caused me no end of shit lol.

well longhorn build 4051 is pretty different from that old 4008 shit. MS scraped the plex style and greatly reduced the sidebar which i hate.

Did you ever figure out the dual boot thing? Did you try rebuilding the boot.ini file?
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;291980
The bootcfg command is a Microsoft Windows XP Recovery Console command that manipulates the Boot.ini file. This command has a function that can scan your hard disks for Microsoft Windows NT, Microsoft Windows 2000, and Windows XP installations, and then add them to an existing Boot.ini file or rebuild a new Boot.ini file, if one does not exist. The bootcfg command enables additional Boot.ini file parameters to be added to existing or new entries.
To use the bootcfg command, start the Recovery Console with the Windows XP CD-ROM, and then click Recovery Console. Or, install the Recovery Console locally, and then select the command from the Boot menu.
That should allow you to have a C: with Longhorn and D: with XP.
You might also try to dual-boot thru the bios if you have the OS's on separate phyiscal HD's..
