i have used it, but didnt like it, i preffer using maya but i r compleate n00beh, cant texture anything = /, got a book on it but cba reading it :P

ok, at school i been using Bryce for a long time and made movies and stuff (but never finished them i guess). Im sorta past Bryce now. Im sorta a pro at it.

I know 3DSMax but the file I have to render is much easier done in Bryce5. The only problem is that its taking me more than 12 hrs to render a 9x7 image at 200 dpi...Its for a contest and it has to be that size...Any suggestions how I can improve render times???

decrease quality, dont use alot of glass, etc =]

just let it render all night!!! I rendered something in 3d max once that took all night and most of the day

Wow... hour long movie w/ top res? I usually take 1 hr max... then again my comp is ownage.

well if your using shit loads of glass it's gonna knock your render time up a knotch or 12
