Sorry seen that pic before, man had a form of cancer which deteriorated his skull and caused flies to lay eggs in the infection whgich made maggots to exist in his skull. He lived here in the US and did not have enough money for proper healthcare. I just ate Sushi today by the way. But it is a rather disturbing picture, doesn't phase me much though.
