I've been thinking of registering to the plus service... but ... I'm not sure about the download speeds... anyone from finland or sweden here.. who has subscribed? Any comments?

I have broadband connection and all the files I download are at least 115 k per second. I thought that they have a good, stable connection at a pretty fast speed. I couldn't afford to sign up again, though. :(

I just signed up again.. not sure I should have, the price is kinda high. Servers are dirt slow right now though, getting about 80k/sec vs my max of 260 or so.

Be careful if you wanna sign up for PLUS cause apparently there is no way to unsubscribe. They bill you automatically every month until you cancel your subscription which is practically impossible.

ok guys i unsubscribed succesfully :) just didn't realize that i had to do it at ibill.com (deleted the original receipt). the guys at AT would have made things easier had they responded to any of my 4 emails i sent them. well its not an issue anymore...

PLUS is totally worth it IMO. Nekid ladies. Files. Patches. Mods. Nekid ladies. Demos. I never really noticed a huge difference in download times, but one thing's for sure, I never get disconnected in the middle of downloading like some other sites do. I think the main attraction here though, is of course what any male gamer likes besides the games themselves, the ladies. Just the number of people that vote on the polls gives you an idea of of ActionTrip's fan/(possible)subscription base. Not too many people out there are honestly interested in hanging around message boards, exchanging text with other people. Or gamers for that matter.

One thing that chaffs my ass though is people creating a forum account just to download pics from the "hot babes" thread. Btw, all you PLUS people, it'd probably be a better idea not to put up exclusive PLUS pics in that thread. I've seen a few in there...
