i just got freelancer yesterday, and it's a shitload of fun. Right now, i'm at the part where we go to meet Quintain (sp?) cuz we have the Artifact, and the woman with us.
I'm level 11 right now...
where are you guys? what level are you guys at? (bold what level you're at, so i don't spoil the storyline)

yeah, i got there right about a day after getting the game too(last week, actually). i'm sure it'll get old, but for now, horribly addictive. haven't played all week, and i don't know what level i'm on. right after the part you're on though, so probably:
Level 12
the level with the Hovis guy....

I've been playing the demo, loving it so far. Now i just wish i had enough money to buy the full game. I've never really liked using joysticks (besides my own), and i find using the mouse and keyboard to be pretty easy with freelancer. But if i were to buy a flight sim, then i would get one.

Gah! I'm eagerly awaiting Freelancer. The demo's made me want some more. :-)
Too bad I couldn't buy something more advanced than the Patriot in the demo.
Neat game, I hope it'll get even better than the demo. :-)
BTW, in the demo, the two ships I've flown so far (Patriot and the one you start out with) handle very similar. Are there any differences in the game?

the only handling differences are between the types of ships. Light Fighters turn better than Very Heavy Fighters (:D just got one, there's only three or four types, and only the secret bases have them)

i just have finished game(i hope) on end order asks me to keep them posted does that means that there will be more???
please help
P.S.and when you buy weapons on end of game look at its range
so you wouldnt get into trouble with range of your weapon (try to get 500m of weapon platform)

Ah, thanks. :)
It will take weeks for me to get Freelancer, so the demo is seeing lots of use. :)
I've fiddled with the Rhino a little. None too shabby. 'course, being level 1 and all, the enemies are still very weak. ;)
