View Full Version : Can't unsubscribe to PLUS after infinite attempts!!

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe to PLUS? i tried to terminate my subscription since three months ago but the site keeps billing my credit card without my permission now. Apparently there the no information on how to unsubscribe on the whole website. Let me know if you have a way to unsubscribe from this wretched website.
Do you recommend that I take this issue to my CC company?
p/s I emailed the Actiontrip guys 5 times and guess what there isn't even one reply!!!! so much for guaranteed personal reply within 3 business days!

Keeps billing your credit card? I'm subscribed to PLUS, and it they only bill you once my friend.

He got all the info on unsubscribing he needed in a confirmation e-mail from ibill. Tell him to look up that confirmation e-mail. Please look that up and try what it says. If it still doesn't work, just reply again.

That's what happened to me, too. Unless they have changed their billing policy.
