(I know this should go under rants, but I think it's a good general topic. Also, PLEASE excuse any language in here as I would never use them myself in ordinary speech.)

I swear, I have the worlds most racist parents. It fucking sickens me. About two months ago when we were driving to Santa Rosa, we're driving down the free way in the right lane when this black guy pulls into our lane in front of us kind of cutting us off. But it was ok since he had to make the turn off. No biggie right? Half a second later I hear "Fucking Nigger" come out of my step dads mouth. Whom I had NEVER EVER heard curse before. I thought he was joking. Guess not.

Ok, so I thought it was a fluke. Not so. I was at my uncles birthday part a month or so ago and my uncle and mom were talking about the neighborhood. My uncle (Who is not racist) says "These Mexicans moved in down the street." and my mom goes "Yeah, they're starting to move into our neighborhood as well." But my uncle was just refering to the fact that about 15 mexicans moved into one house, NOT that they were mexican.

Ok, yesterday: We're having our house re-modeled and I get home from school. My step-dad and mom are at the counter talking about the guys that brought in the supplies for the floor guys. My mom says something a long the lines of "Did the workers say when the floor people would be here?" step dad says "Nope." So my mom says "They must have been non-english speaking mexicans"

Oh, I almost forgot about their coments on east indians. Apparently all of the "sand niggers" need to die because they are all "Evil sand niggers".

Also, they talk about indian doctors that work at the hospital with them and how disgusting they are.

I'm going to tell my mom (Who's never heard me swear before) to shut the fuck up with the racist coments or I'm out of here ASAP. It's fucking sick. It's just so fucking ... sick.

I'm pretty the case would hold up. It's a simple self defense case. I'm guessing you guys don't know much about what you can and can't get away with here. Because all you're saying is that I'm going to get locked up, not so. I could VERY easily plea temperory insanity and get away with it. Look it up online. There are tons of court cases where after pleeing self defense, the defendant simply pleaded temperory insanity and got off with it.

I think eventually racism will be almost gone...atleast racial anyway. We as humans have come pretty far, so far. Its not an inherited triat, its something that is taught to you by someone close (guardian, usually a parent) that is a racist, and if everyone starts to see the light that its wrong/bad to think like that then they maybe they will change. I agree but there is a difference when you know that the kid is not going to listen. Old people do not know everything but they do know something that small children may or may not know. They call sweet 16 the age that is supposed to be sweet but when you are in that age you may as well call it sour 16 and that would be an understatement.

16 is the age when you are in a dilemma and anger, etc there are things coming at you that you dont see or expect. It is the time where you attempt to shape your personality, learn new stuff, either grow up or wait for the next milestone in life that occurs at 24-25. It is time to listen and understand things, not hype up about stuff and get all angry.

This is but only a small example. We have seen it happen here before on the forums. Smap took the right route and learned a few things. cr3am is still learning but has changed to some extent (for the better I might add). Topsecret does not even want to listen. Chimera went through a similar stage when he was around 19 ( a little late on the conventional cycle eh? ).

I try to help and be nice yet get flamed. I dont give two shits about what Top or any other fucker on the planet does because it is not my agenda to correct people. But still if I take these forums a weee bit seriously writing a few lines that might actually help wont kill me. As said before.. why the fuck do I bother.. I do because I got way too much time on my hands ha!

Granted I do not know jack shit about your childhood (and I dont want to know since it is your personal matter), uptil now I have only given opinion about what I know. I have not said anything regarding your childhood or that you should love your parents w/ dedication or anything of that sort. I just said killing them or even thinking about is wrong (bad childhood or good childhood). When I say grow up, I mean learn to accept things, avoid them, curb your anger, know your responsibilities, keep calm and learn how people respond to that, this is what being 16 is all about.

When I was there I had the same anger I see now in half the kids on the planet, I have seen how one can take the wrong path out of that door you talk about. I see stuff around me happening and I have experience. Step dads are supposed to do that from time to time. About your things, they are YOURS.. keep all of them in your room or something. Talk to your mom about it and see if she cares. If nothing works out tell them that they have sentimental value to you and that you DO NOT absolutely want to throw them away.

If talk does not help bring elders (like your grandma -- if she can do anything about it, uncle, relatives etc) into the circle and ask them to make a judgement. Show them your dedication to your real DAD. Prove yourself. Staying silent and/or making devious plans of murder is time wasted. Tell them (I know you have tried but you know what; try harder w/ knowing that YOU CAN DO IT DAMMIT!) and you will see that things can fall into place w/ the right amt of anger, speech, and personal dedication!

Most of the shit that I have done when I was at that age was pretty damn childish! When I look back all I know is that I was angry and misguided until I did some personal amendments. I have changed for the better (I know I have coz people told me that when I did when I was 17 -- picked up a nice girl at that age too and married her :D ).

Grow up meant to get wiser. You need to realize that the world will not stop for your problems and that you need to just tackle them. It's harsh, but it will make you a stronger person when you learn that there's nothing stopping you but yourself. That's it. Everyone is capable of doing anything that they set their minds too (within the bounds of common sense), the only thing that usually stops them is themselves.
