i need help with the trainer and cheats for dfbhd

can any one help me? i can not seem to get the trainer nor the cheat codes to work on delta force black hawk down.
is the trainer and cheat codes just for sp mode or can they some how be used in mp mode? if any one could shed some light on the subject at hand it would be highly thoughtful of ya.

Why rare there some many people asking for trainers or cheats for certain games in this forum...? This is ActionTrip, not ActionCheat..... I mean, asking for a hint when you stuck at a level is fine, but why must you cheat in mutiplayer...? I'm just asking for advice regarding a stage that I can't seem to cross in the game. The one near the end where you are coming onto the beach and being pummelled by mortar fire. Oh yeah, there's a mine field. One of your partners suggest something to you but it doesn't work. What's the best way to get to the buildings after you reach the rocks.
