I just reformatted a couple weeks ago, and reinstalled Warcraft 3 and the expansion. I have the latest graphics drivers, and the Q306676 screensaver/game-prob patch. But the game still keeps crashing.. I never had this with WC3 before I formatted, but, now I do?
Someone help us out, because i'm hanging to play online again.. :D

Do you have a AMD based system?

I'd recommend you to check out the following site:
http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/archive/forum/88-1.html
Read the Troubleshooting Guide and than just go over some of the threads they have there, see if you can find your answer.

Freakonaleash89: Yes, I have an Athlon 1800+, but, like Rad practically said, it dont mean shit. :D
Hrmm.. I checked out that page you posted rad, and I went through a couple of the troubleshooters, but still crashes.. Ive always noticed that game crashing was a driver problem, so to try and help the situation, I have 56.55 nvidia drivers installed..

Is your motherboard VIA? If so, you might need the 4in1 drivers.

I asked the same question when Chimera was having a similar problem, and only about 30 minutes later his problem was solved.

It restarts.. and then if I check the error report when it boots to windows, it says it has to do with a minidump file, and a sysdata file or something like that...

That is an NForce motherboard so it's not a VIA. Do you have your Nforce drivers installed? Head over to www.nvidia.com and hit drivers and download the unified driver if you haven't already and see if it fixes the problem.
Most motherboards do not function in graphics applications reliably without their chipset drivers.

I've searched a bit around the net regarding this. And apparently some are reporting that this might be a sound related error. So before we proceed it would be good to know what soundcard do you have (if any)? And since were at it, can you describe the whole process of crushing more in-depth?

He hasn't been here answering. If he wanted his problem fixed right then and there he would hang around and answer posts in his thread.
Why do you have to pick apart everything I say lately? You seem like a pretty cool person, but you've been nitpicking lately as if I really annoy you or something. If you have a problem just tell me right here or on PM, I don't care.

Sorry, but Ive been busy, (school sucks..) and Ive downloaded the Unified driver and tested the game out.. Seems to be working fine, but I only had time to play it for like 5 minutes. Ill test it out for longer as soon as I can and get back to you guys..

If you have a problem just tell me right here or on PM, I don't care. Yes, you’re completely right. I have indeed been quite dense lately. But I'll will further watch my comments, until I'll boil down to my usual calm and rational self. And no, I have absolutely no problems with you or your replies.
