Actually I think all american's smell like ass. It is primarily due to sweating which causes weird smells in your armpits because some fucks don't shave their armpits. Seriously, shaving armpits is the way to go so that you dont smell like ass.. or worse than ass!

As for Pakistani's smelling funny I dont think they do (atleast not me) unless they are knee deep in sweat and have pubes the size of 10 foot rope.
