How do you all deal with intense frustration?? Kick some one/thing? Scream? Break stuff? Play a game?
Any one got any other ideas?

Is that another form of meditation? How is it more strenuous?

I don't usually get frustrated, but when I do I read a book or play a game.

Most of the time i get frustrated it's not really in a place where you can just do yoga, e.g. some bitch infront of you is talking in a movie and you go and do yoga... people will think your a spastic or your trying to kill you or something then they would get frustrated and start doin yoga aswell, before you know it the universe is doing yoga and nothing will get done then we explode.

xenophage,

ashtanga involves steady calm breathing, sync'd to a series of postures (like strenuous tai chi), you end up sweating like mad as your muscles fight your mind. think of it as using positional torture for excercise (i'm only half-joking :D).

karny,

ROFL !!! i'm going to try it sometime, i'll be committed for sure !

try taking a deep breath

1.) Punchingbag

2.) If tired already but still frustrated I play games. Dreamcatcher's Painkiller works! No wonder the game's title sounds like medicine. :D

I don't really know how to deal with frustration very well...I think I need some sort of help, because I am almost always mad at nearly everybody around me, and seem to keep most of my anger bottled up. I dunno what I should do about that...

When I'm really frustrated I punch shit, I haven't broken my hand yet, but it kinda felt like it once when I punched a concrete wall. When I'm mildly frustrated I listen to angry music and play quake 3.

This was Phys Ed. I was playing nets in indoor lacrosse (great idea  ) because we didn't have any pads or gear so I volunteered. The rest of my team just pussied out, and anyway they scored on me like 3 times in a row. So one of my teammates started cutting me up about my skills, so that pissed me off and I told him to go nets. Then I punched the wall, switched positions and that's that.

Actually its quite the oposite. Meditation can be "achieved" in thousands of different ways.

Just call it zoning out, that in itself is a form of meditation. Its like when ur bored out of your fucking mind - so u stare at a point on a wall, then suddenly half an hour of your life has vanished and suddenly u just HAVE to get up and do something.

True "meditation" clears the mind, if your've seen Shaolin Monks or the Lamas performing their patterns, they become extremely focused and their physical abilities become elevated, meditation again.

If anyones interested i can write up some quick ways to meditate. Or i could just shut up, that works too.

CS would be good, if it only lasted one round and the end round message was "Right, wasnt that fun - now go out and learn some social skills, and come back in an hour"
- Booted by console

Anyway, i cant be fucked typing up my beliefs when moronic twats such as Chimera are just going to sit here and bash it down.

Tell ya what, lets just say that i enjoy staring at a point on a blank wall, listening to generally classical guitar music (real soft stuff) sniffing insense and humming for 2 seconds every 30 seconds very lowly (just so it shakes ur voice box) There chimera, run with that.

ROFL same here bud. I pity the xbox fools in my country. Game comes out after 3 months and there are usually only 2 to 3 playable games for the box over here. For the PS2, it's like fucking 4-5 games every month in which atleast 2 are playable. Plus I am still in the process of getting old PS2 titles, damn there is such a huge collection here!

I get frustrated easily, as do most of the men in my family. We're insane to be quite honest and Johns men are known for having explosive anger, rarely at people, but at things. The TV doesn't work so we throw it off of the roof. We struggle with a wrench so we throw it as hard as we possibly can out into the desert. My sister even had a laptop that kept crashing, she threw it into the ground for ten minutes and then busted the moniter off with a bat. Seriously, we go crazy.

No shit. When I had my friend's box I went to a shop and asked him what he had in xbox games. He was like I'v got the latest shit, so I ask him to show me his collection. And he had Splinter Cell 1 and Deux Ex IW.. I fucking laughed my nuts off.
