Poppy seed bagels, ya right. :rolleyes: They are testing him for diabetes and not for a job. They are only going to run the test the doctor says to run and nothing else.
If you need to pass a piss test for drugs, don't do drugs. If you want to do drugs, get use to living in your parents basement because none of those lame ass folk remedies are going to work.

hypoglycemia is just med talk for having frequently low blood sugar; it can lead to diabetes (which you really don't want).
the good thing is that dietary changes can remedy hypoglycemia, diabetes is for life :(.
