It's a really jammed up site. I use it and it always runs very slowly for me and sometimes I get that problem too. All ya have to do is refresh it once in a while or try loading the page a few times. It's a pain in the ass.

Well than assuming you haven’t done any changes to your internet connection settings recently I think we can safely say that the problem is not user side.
The "Page cannot be displayed." error is sometimes a sign of high server load. Try visiting the site at a different time (different to your usual), you might also just wait a few days or try using alternative browser. See if you will get any results that way.
Oh and do you have any antivirus/firewall software active at the moment? If so what is it?
