I am in the Council Halls and on the platform where you strafe and move to the side to throw the curved punches to get the platform to rise. It won't raise. I can see it move a little but not completely. I have been going from side to side each time the arrow changes. What am I doing Wrong? Thanks

You're not sassy enough. Give it a few more tries and see what happens, or you could always restart the level. It might be a glitch in the game.
