Will Of Steel or Act of War?

Hey i'v been going over some AT files and I noticed WillofSteel.


Currently i've been following Act of War but the new updated version of WoS looks like it will give AoW a run for it's money, is anyone here following either game? Check out the videos and shit, and demo's.. they are pretty good for the armchair generals like myself.

I played Act of War (Demo), found it to be utterly horrible to sum it up short. Will of Steel looks just as "good". Though I haven’t played it (nor do I intend to), so I'm merely speculating. I say save your money, they are not worth it, either of them.

I'm getting AoW regardless... I just tried WoS and the graphics are top notch, so is the poly detail on the units for a rts.. my only gripe is that the camera controls suck, you can zoom but not tilt.. besides that i'll be playing both at the same time.. AoW more of course.


Btw if you are worried about the textures in Act Of War just remember that in the demo we only get to see them on medium at highest, the betas and developers confirmed that the texture resolutions in the retail will probably be to high for those without high end cards.. good luck and just play it on medium for those without a good card.

if you have to choose between those two, just go for Age Of Empires 2 ( you know that game still can bring it )... i have played both of those you named... i can say they simpley averagely heavily BLOW.

I am worried with everything in that game. Interface, gameplay, sound/music, graphics. Yet again everything is subjective to the opinion. So if you feel that its something for you, I can do nothing more or less than encourage you.
