Technicaly since he is a miner the law says that it is considered rape since the person [in this case the 13 yr old kid] has no idea what they are doing [wich is technically bullshit].

There was a big case about this in america mid last year, black guy had sex with some redneck girl in a class room after school, but when kids at school found out she called rape. [wich was obvious bullshit if you heard her crappy testamony] but since they couldnt convict him of Rape, the prosecution went for a low blow, and had him convicted of statutory rape, since he was 19, and she wasnt 18 for another 2 weeks.


As for the batery and assault.... maybe she's a dom or something
