I've always wondered but never been able to answer it. How the hell do they do wall to wall carpeting?

You have to much time on your hands.

I just did it a couple weeks ago and I forget how I did it. I think what we did was roll out the carpet as much as possible, and then when you get to the wall, you have to bend it, so you can see the crease where you cut. So you cut that, then you finish the side with baseboards or however you're doing it.

The store I and my brother own, sells carpet and other types of flooring. : )

Carpet tack strip - which is 4 foot long and 1 inch wide wood strip is nailed down along the walls with just enough of a gap to tuck the carpet between the tack-strip and the wall.

Basically...
The tack strip has a lot of very sharp short nails (pins) sticking up and after the carpet pad is put down but does not cover up the tack-strip pins. The carpet is laid on top of the pad and over the top of the tack strip pins -- the pins sink into the backing of the carpet and hold it and then the carpet installer uses a device called a wall-trimmer which has a utility blade in it..and he trims off excess carpet and tucks the reminder in-between the tack-strip and the wall.

Getting the carpet upon to the tack-strip also involves the use of stretchers and a kicker, but those are too hard to describe unless you've seen it done.

Anyway...as mentioned that's the basics. : )

Okay so i drew a little picture of my house. Everything is proportional. Tell me how they did this. All the areas with carpet are one continuous piece of carpet. I don't get how they pull this off.

I don't think that's one piece. There are probably cuts you can't see.

Most likely, and if it's done well you will not see where it was joined unless looking closely for it.
As carpets comes in large rolled strips, so one piece won't cover the whole floor...

But another possible solution is to create a template of the floor based on its measurements and cut the shape out on the carpet...

Most carpet comes 12 foot wide, but there are a few types that come 13f 6 inches, and in 15 foot wide goods.

Depending upong the carpet used and your room measurements, it it possible that it could be one piece. The installers would have measure the entire area, then measured the cut out of that stem wall and cut that chunk out of the main peice and then took it in and installed it. But more than likely there are seams in the carpet, and the installer did a good job seaming it and the carpet has enough fiber on top that it helps hide the seam. A really low nap on a carpet isn't so good at hiding seams.

Btw....to seam the carpet, the installers use hot melt seam tape. It's like a 4 inch wide tape with a hard glue on it. They put it under the seam, and then use a special seaming iron to heat the glue and melt it...and then the two sides of the carpet seam are pressed down into the hot glue...and then the iron is moved up along the seam a few more inches and a few more inches of carpet is pressed into the glue...until the seam is completed. When the glue cools, the seam it 'set' and then the installers can start stretching the carpet.

I read it.

But I don't like you, so I just thought I would put down the same thing in my own words just to annoy the fuck out of ya.
Also, I figured the extra info about carpet width and seaming technique was a little extra just to rub it in, shit for brains.
