America's Army cheats

Ok quick question. I did the cheat where you replace the status line in your <username here>.txt file and then saved it. I logged into the AA game and it showed all courses completed. So I joined a game, but it says I'm not qualified for the sniper rifle (that's what I did this cheat for), even though the course says completed.

So I go back out and my courses status is back to where it was before I did the cheat. I checked my username text file and it's been reverted back to before I did the cheat as well. Anyway that anyone knows to keep it from reverting back like this whenever I join a game? Would really like to snipe in the games.

Why not just complete the course, my friend has the game he said sniper was hard, but it can be done just takes some practice dont jip the game and try avoid the courses.

First, you get the game and try and get expert on M16 marksmanship before telling me not to skip that part. Sniper control is easy, getting there is very hard.

Its hard because they dont want stupid mother fuckers like you getting ahold of the sniper rifle. There is no fucking way to cheat in the game, good luck you stupid asshole.

Yeah - I had to do the Rifle Marksmanship course 15 times before I got the Expert Marksman rating. From what I understand, the AA folks picked up on the cheat earlier and plugged it in the latest patch.

Other than that, I just plugged away at the course until I got rated as an Expert.

Don't mind Future Man. He's just overworked from the Flame Bin forum... :D
