And so I got Trials 2. It's enjoyable, but I wish the bike physics were less realistic. That's what made Elastomania so much fun. Still though, it's fun to come up with humourous ways to crash. I don't even care about finishing the courses.

I'm going to find a more gentle MMO to waste my time with. Age of Conan? Or Warhammer Online?

seriously, I got bored of WoW sometime ago. I heard that AoC is lame so never bothered to try that. Was thinking of getting Warhammer but its gonna be a PVP heavy game and I prefer a good mix of PVE and PVP.

It's not about learning to play. I've been a gamer for most of my life, hah. And I pwn. It's just that when I play an MMO I want it to suck up a shitload of time. I want it to be monotonous yet fun. Basically, it's like digital knitting. I don't want challenge.

Anyway, Warhammer is PvP but it's not like WoW's PvP. Read up on it, since I can't explain it well. I'm not a fan of PvP in anything other than shooters and racing games, but it seems like good fun.

Warhammer's PVP does seem to be incredibly fun and way different then any other current MMOs. However they really haven't actually shown much of anything of the PVE aspect of the game, which makes me think if you really don't want to PVP much your gonna be pretty bored a lot of the time.

I'm don't typically PVP very much but I loved pre-max level battlegrounds in WoW, so I think the way they integrate PVP into the environment as well as having scenarios like BGs will make it worth a shot.

I got GTA 4 to run fairly decently by turning the resolution down to 1152 x 864 or some shit and turning the details down to Medium. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it would, but it SHOULD look better. At least it runs fairly smoothly now though.

I'm running Vista SP1 on an Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @ 2.66GHz, 4GB OCZ Platinum XTC 800MHz DDR2 RAM, and 2x Palit GeForce 8800 GT Super+1GB cards in SLI.

Wow has recently changed. They've gotten 11 million members, so there is no more customer support. They installed a patch, and everything is still broken.They totally nerfed Rogues, stole racial spells, added worthless spells, completely changed the ways pallys and hunters play. They removed healing bonus completely, now yer specced for dps whether you like it or not if you're a healer. They totally downgraded everyone's class to make room for "improvements" in the $40 expansion. So that's $20 for the orginal, $30 for the first expansion, and $40 for the newest expansion, plus $15 a month, FOR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and encouragement to the gold farming and ganking griefers. I could get that for free in some game from Korea that encourages gold farmers and gankers.Lag is terrible, and makes some servers unplayable.They lost pets and mounts in the patch and haven't given them back. Same shit, more polished and fancy looking wrapper. If you liked the first game, you'll like this one. If you didn't like the first game the refinements might make it so you can somewhat enjoy it.

Mech segment was neat, if on the short side. Granted this is a demo, so I don't know how much Mech piloting there is in the full game. Ran smooth as buttah for me.

Mouse controls take some getting use to and even after that they can be iffy, but it's playable. If you have a wired 360 controller, or a wireless one and the and the receiver then that might work better than M&KB. I'd say the demo is worth a shot though.

Yeah, downloading the demo couldn't kill you, but you need some sort of Joystick be it gamepad or otherwise.

Where do you recommend I start, or which one kicks the most ass?

I enjoyed the campaign from Factions more than that of Nightfall. Factions levels quite quickly, and Alliance Battles can be pretty fun. Which of the new classes that you want to play will probably weigh pretty heavily on your decision. Factions introduces the Assassin and the Ritualist. The 'Sin is a pretty cool niche character, but requires some skill to use effectively as he is quite the glass cannon. The ritualist is a weird support/damage caster - hard to explain. Nightfall introduces the Dervish, a pretty cool Melee/Caster fusion and the Paragon, a Ranged/Leader unit.
