Oh it's easy. You don't need any program to do that...
Let's assume that you want all your icons in folder "My Document" all appear on top of your toolbar, what you want to do is drag the icon of My Document (better already be on your desktop) to the top of your screen, and the tool bar appears! You can then drag the toolbar to whereever you want, even the middle of the screen like a window!
This is a nice and neat feature of Windows XP that a lot of people never use. I never used it.

Hehehe, what about my roommate? A real fucking dumbass when it comes to the computer... he warned me that one day I will suffer from my "danger practices" I do to my computer... guess what he's talking about? I was updating my graphics card! He said some bullcrap like "you should never open your computer. Leave that to the professionals..." Wow thanks a lot to him we are all gonna "suffer" now...

Wait a second. If I do it, how come I have the folder on my desk top.
I.E) Made a folder called games. Took the shortcuts, and put them in that folder. Then brought it to the top. It made a tool bar, but folder stays on my desktop. If I delete folder, the icons on the tool bar delete. IK noticed J had no folder on his desktop. How can I do this?

i am wondering that too........you can make the icons dissapers......(all except the recycle bin for some reason)...i guess you could also rename them to nothing..just pick rename and delete the name.......thats the only way i know how to..im sure theres some technical way to do it but i dont know it

The solution would be dragging the folder directly from where it is, instead of going through the desktop... like if you want to access your babe's pics folder, go to where it is, drag it from the window, then the toolbar is there! You don't need to make a shortcut for everything you want to make into toolbars on the destop.
