So I recorded this movie with fraps, but the clip is moving at 2 frames a second. So I tried missing around with the clip in windows movie maker. Well the WMM just makes the clip go really really fast, like a fast forward basicly. Is there any way I can get the frames to go the right speed in WMM? Or maybe another program could help me out? I have never used any video editing programs before.

Well if you recorded it in 2 frames a second, you'll have to play it at 2 frames a second. more frames will result in fast forward. I wasn't sure if that was part of your question but that's not something you can fix ( without speeding it up )

So there is no way to speed up the frames in any video editor?

Try getting the latest version of Fraps. I used it to capture this video for my mod (the one at the bottom of the page):

I captured it at 25 FPS.
As for editing, get Sony's Vegas. Kickass program.

Yeah thats exactly what it does Chim. Well thats crap. Oh well, I got the latest version and it did the same thing. I will have to look closely at what could be causing this.

Uhm maybe you're not getting this completely. The game runs at 60 - 80 Frames/second. You recorded 2 Frames/second. That means that the other 58 - 78 frames were never recorded. And THAT means no matter what program you use you're never gonna get a better recording than those 2 frames/second. What you need is a new recording programs so ou can record at the same speed the game runs. Period
