CSI Game Help

I am playing the CSI game, which is generally pretty easy, but am stuck on one task. In case #2, the arson case, I have not been able to pick up the glass from the floor inside the crime scene. I got the shard from outside, but none of my tools work for the broken glass inside. This is the last task I have in the game, and can't determine why nothing seems to be working. Help?

Oh god...another post, dude go get urself a walkthrough on the net!

The only shard of glass that I was able to pick up was the pc from the bottle, I couldn't pick up any other glass.

I am totally stuck on #2, I think I need to find a key for the locker at the hangar, is there a key somewhere?
