I don't know the answer but you may want to try looking for a config file somewhere or putting -win or -window in the shortcut.

If you dig around the Internet, then you will find a lot of people thinking War of the Machine is a terrible game. Sounds like you just haven't get to play any real good games. The again, maybe you are just easil entertained. I'm glad someone find some value in that title. Have fun.

Seriously the terminator franchise went nowhere but down hill after T3 was released, I rember going to the cinema thinking 'this movie is gonna be sweet' then afterwards wondering what I did to deserve such a let down, they totally fucked everything up. Then the games *shudder*, started coming out, my god what is wrong with some people.
