This Rash

Hey guys, I'm really embarassed, but I had no where else to turn, I'm so fucking humiliated who to talk to...I have a series of multicolored spots on my genitalia, and I don't know what to do. They sting a bit, and sometimes rupture. I'm kinda scared. I haven't been with a live girl in couple weeks, and this just started 2 days ago. What should I do?

I had to go see a doctor once about a rash around my genitals and it was a young guy maybe 30 0r 36 he looked like he was going to break out laughing right their cause of my size he had this smile on his face like "glad I don't have your dick size "
