Enh. It was watchable save for one point - the guy they got playing Doom is a freaking putz. I'd venture to say it's almost as bad a job as Hayden Christenssen as Anakin Skywalker. He was wussy, unmotivated, and whiny - not at all what Doom should have been.

Beyond him, the movie was ok; Batman Begins was, in my opinion, far superior; F4 just got too melodramatic and cheesy at times. I won't say it's 2 hours of my life I'm never getting back, but catch it in matinee rather than paying full price.

Most movies should be a matinee.. on a sad note, no dissing of the best villian from Charm ever.. maybe Doom is to hard of a character for him to live up to but he's still one good actor.

Yeah, he played a pretty mean demon. I want to see it, but most of the reviews I've heard are bad, so I'll either wait for it to come out on DVD or on one of the movie channels.

saw it yesterday....the stadium scene alone packed more ads than the whole iRobot movie multiplied by 10. else than that it was really really shitty and i dont think it even passed the hour and a half mark. what a shitty movie, i was that less than a hour and a half part of my life back.
on a side note, since i went to the drive-thru movies and it was a double presentation, i saw Wedding Crashers and it was pretty funny.
